The ProQTM Eco Smoker is made from 90% recyclable materials and is an affordable option for cold smoking all types of food, such as fish, cheese, meat or vegetables.
PLEASE NOTE – The ProQTM Eco Smoker is designed for use only with the ProQTM Cold Smoke Generator. Using the box with any other brand or size may result in serious injury or damage to property. This product is not compatible with the ProQ Artisan Cold Smoke Generator. Please contact the point of sale if you have bought the wrong size. To set up your Eco Smoker, please follow the simple instructions below.
Locate and open out the inner box section, then push in the tabs (12 in total), as per Diagram 1. These are what the grills will rest upon.
Assemble the outer box, then slide the inner box into it from the top (make sure the cut-out lines up with the small door in the bottom of the outer box).
Assemble the remaining parts in the following order...
Base Tray - Sits in the bottom of the eco smoker box. Drip Tray - Rests on the first set of tabs.
1st Grill - Rests on the handles of the Drip Tray.
2nd Grill - Rests on the second set of tabs.
3rd Grill - Rests on the top set of tabs.
Your ProQTM Eco Smoker is now ready for use.
Do not use this unit indoors, it can create concentrations of carbon monoxide which is odourless and can be deadly if inhaled. Use in a well-ventilated area out of wind and rain.
