A hand prepared blend of quality dried chilli, lemon, caraway, fennel and more bound together with sea salt and a hint of sugar to add bombastic, jazzy flavours from the Deep South, and great with shrimp, pork, fish and chicken.
Cooking Instructions
Mix a plentiful quantity of rub (approx. 5-10% by weight) with oil to form a paste, and generously coat your meat or vegetables to marinade all-night lo-ong!
