I’m so very proud of them, and when Scott suggested we collab to produce a rub version of my kebab recipe (The ‘Kellybab’ as it’s been affectionately nicknamed) I was blown away! Scott ‘Spice Blending Genius’ got to work and developed The Kebab Rub.
A side-by-side taste test with my wet marinade recipe had me really struggling to tell the difference! Mix to a paste with oil or yoghurt and marinade overnight, or simply use as a seasoning. It’s a real crowd pleaser and a firm family favourite.
