A spicy blend of orange, lime, grapefruit with garlic, cumin, chilli and fennel for fish and pork/chicken.

Layers of fresh citrus, balanced with earthy cumin, smoked paprika and a deep chilli hit, this is our Cuban Seasoning and it is que rico! (That's delicious in Spanish for the non-Spanish-speaking among us)

Apply a generous but even coating to a moist surface at least 1 hour before cooking. You can also mix with olive oil and a little citrus juice to form a paste before coating your chosen meat, poultry, seafood or veg!

Our favourite way to enjoy is on a juicy roast pork, sliced for Cubano Sandwiches - Swiss Cheese, ham, chunky slices of the roast pork, pickles and smothered with tangy mustard. You'll thank us later for this tip-off.

Apply an even coating, use at approx 3-5% meat weight.
