Method:
Add Baharat to chicken, lamb, fish, vegetables or bread. Apply to moist meat and allow to marinade. For best results cook in the oven or indirect on the BBQ.
Can be used with hummus, flatbreads, roasted veg or to make lamb koftas, bbq chicken or season kebabs.
